Project Description
1. Chalet blocks, exhibition space for the unified pavilion, outdoor structures, and static equipment display areas were successfully secured.
2. A dedicated temporary pavilion with a total area of 1,167 sqm was designed and constructed to accommodate the exhibition of Russian companies, including all инженерные systems.
3. Design concepts and technical documentation for exhibition stands, outdoor pavilions, and chalets were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
4. All required technical services and connections from the exhibition center were arranged and provided.
5. Production and delivery to the venue of all structural and decorative elements of stands and chalets, as well as multimedia equipment and furniture, were organized.
6. Installation of stands, pavilions, and chalets was carried out in full compliance with approved technical specifications, schedules, and the organizer’s requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support for participants was organized, including golf carts, catering, transfers, interpreter services, cleaning, gala dinners, and more.
8. Coordination of international payments was ensured.
The Russian National Pavilion at the Dubai Airshow 2025 became the largest in the history of the event. All works were completed on time, delivered to the highest standards of quality, and in full compliance with the technical specifications. A team of more than 20 Eclipse Group specialists was present on-site throughout the entire build-up and show days, ensuring prompt resolution of any arising issues and providing full support to clients.
As a result, the exhibition marked one of the most prominent and successful participations of Russia in the history of the Airshow.
