Project Description
1. Exhibition space was secured for the unified Russian pavilion.
2. Stand design concepts and detailed technical documentation were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. All required technical services from the exhibition center were arranged and provided.
4. Production and delivery of all structural and decorative stand elements, as well as multimedia equipment and furniture, were fully organized and managed.
5. Stand construction and installation were completed in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s requirements.
6. Comprehensive operational support for participants was organized, including catering, transfers, interpreter services, and cleaning.
The unified Russian pavilion was delivered to a high standard, in full compliance with the agreed timelines and technical requirements.
The Eclipse Group team maintained a continuous on-site presence throughout all stages of the project — from build-up to the close of the exhibition — ensuring full client support.
The project execution received highly positive feedback from the management of the participating companies.
