Project Description
1. Exhibition space was secured well in advance, both within the indoor pavilion and on the outdoor static display area.
2. Stand design concepts and technical documentation for exhibition stands and outdoor pavilions were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. International payment coordination was successfully handled.
4. Connection and provision of all required technical services by the exhibition venue were ensured.
5. Production and delivery to the venue of all structural and decorative stand elements, as well as multimedia equipment and furniture, were organized.
6. Installation of all stands was completed in accordance with the approved schedule and in full compliance with the organizer’s requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support for exhibitors was provided, including catering, transfers, interpreter services, golf carts, cleaning, and more.
All stands within the Russian and Belarusian pavilions were constructed to a high standard of quality and in full compliance with the approved timelines and requirements.
The Eclipse Group team was present on-site from the first day of build-up through to the close of the exhibition, supporting all exhibitors in resolving any возникающих issues, including securing necessary approvals from various organizer departments.
