Project Description
1. Exhibition space was secured for the unified Russian pavilion, including chalet facilities and the static display area.
2. Design concepts and technical documentation for exhibition stands, chalets, and outdoor pavilions were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. Connection and provision of all required technical services by the exhibition venue were ensured.
4. Production and delivery to the venue of all structural and decorative stand elements were organized.
5. International payments were coordinated and executed.
6. Installation of stands and chalets was completed in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support was provided, including golf carts, catering, transfers, interpreter services, cleaning, and more.
8. Static display arrangements for aircraft and helicopters were fully facilitated.
The unified Russian pavilion was delivered to a high standard of quality, in full compliance with the approved timelines and requirements. The Eclipse Group team was present on-site throughout the entire build-up period and exhibition days, ensuring efficient project management and continuous client support.
