Project Description
1. Early-stage booking of optimal exhibition space for the joint Russian–Belarusian pavilion.
2. Design concepts and detailed technical documentation for the exhibition stands were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers. 3. All required technical services from the exhibition venue were arranged and ensured.
4. Coordination of international payments has been done. 5. Production and delivery of all structural and decorative stand elements to the exhibition venue were fully organized and executed.
6. A full cycle of on-site construction and installation works was completed in strict accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational on-site support was provided: catering, transfers, interpreter services, cleaning, and visa support for participants.
The joint Russian–Belarusian pavilion was delivered to a high standard of quality, in full compliance with approved timelines and standards. The Eclipse Group team maintained continuous on-site presence throughout all stages - from installation to the end of the exhibition - ensuring efficient project management and ongoing client support.
