1. Exhibition space was secured for the unified pavilion.
2. Stand design concepts and detailed technical documentation were developed and approved in close coordination with the organizers.
3. All required technical services and connections were arranged and provided by the exhibition center.
4. Production and delivery of all structural and decorative stand elements, as well as multimedia equipment and furniture, were fully organized and managed.
5. Stand construction and installation were completed in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
6. Comprehensive operational support for participants was organized, including catering, transfers, interpreter services, and cleaning.
7. Coordination of international payments was ensured.
The unified pavilion was delivered in full compliance with the approved brief, timelines, and quality standards.
