Project Description
1. Exhibition space was secured in a high-traffic visitor area for the Russian pavilion.
2. Stand design concepts and technical documentation were developed and approved in coordination with the organizers.
3. All required technical services from the exhibition center were arranged and provided.
4. Coordination of international payments was ensured.
5. Production, procurement, and delivery of all structural and decorative stand elements to the venue were organized.
6. A full cycle of stand construction and installation was completed on-site in accordance with the approved schedule and the organizer’s technical requirements.
7. Comprehensive operational support was provided, including catering and cleaning services.
The project was delivered within the agreed timeframe in full compliance with all client and organizer requirements. All co-exhibitors of the unified Russian pavilion highly appreciated the quality of execution and the level of support provided by the Eclipse Group team.
